The mattress is old and super soft to the point where I couldn’t sleep well . Plus the hotel was renovated and have a steel ramp in front of my room so everytime someone walks in the ramp in front of room I could hear it in

Excellent location. Hotel rooms are somewhat dated but still clean. Because it’s next to a major road, there is quite a bit of road noise, but it’s a trade off for the location I suppose!

I needed to jump my car and the front end staff helped me personally. The fresh infused water they have everyday is delicious!!!!!

Very rundown old. Needs a make over. Our room had rips in carpet. Dirty old. On busy corner.

Paid $300 for the room and this is what we got. The unit was on an end (304) and the ceiling was dipped down to about 5' just passed the end of the bed. If you were rounding the end of the bed and didn't stay close to the end of the bed you could hit your head on the ceiling which I DID. Ended up with a goose egg the next day. The bathroom was from the 1960's. The grout in the bathroom shower were shades of white to dark brown. The shower head was immovable and pointed straight down with a 4" wide spray. The past two times we have stayed here was good but will not be staying again.

Very clean well kept rooms and the staff was very friendly :)! They let us check in early with no issues

Quiet!

Parking ,we rented the condo suite, it has assigned parking. The unit number is painted the Parking lot pavement outside the unit . 2 nights in a row we had to ask the front desk to call and have the owners remove there vehicles. Maybe if the parking stalls had better signs indicating the stall and the unit numbers it would help .

Amazing location and staff! Great walking distance from restaurants. We celebrated our honeymoon here and they treated us like royalty! We loved our room. It was so well maintained and beautiful.

The room was very nice, but the traffic noise was loud. The AC was wonderful. I would recommend room service for breakfast as going the restaurant was not always desired. Very convenient location.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is great. AC in the room was set perfectly. Only (3) issues.. the bed is terrible. Probably the cheapest bed I have ever slept on. Felt the springs and was way too soft and ditched out. The other was the lack of water pressure. The road noise was quite loud. The room was not very sound proof as we heard every conversation from passer by’s. Other than that the stay was good. Great location, easy access to beach and water front. Good restaurants in the area.

Bed was comfy, there was a pool but both time we went to use it the deadbolt was locked and couldn't go in, even during the hrs of operation? Staff was good, parking was OK although almost full one evening - had to wait to get a spot. Your directly on the freeway so road noise is a factor although it did get a bit quieter at night time. Suggestions to hotel - Have a breakfast menu posted at the front of the restaurant in the mornings. let people know about happy hr deals in the bar.

Hotel was great. Our second morning we went into the hotel restaurant for breakfast and there was only one server and it was bad. Food was cold. We’d watch her go to roll cutlery while our food was at the pass. But outside of that, everything was great.

So instructions for the patio door do not make sense and we were unable to open it all weekend. Needed help on how to use the remote. We got our garbage changed and beds made but no more coffee or CLEAN coffee cups. Other than that the room was fantastic and staff very helpful!

We've stayed here before and enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. They have a really nice pool and hot tub. The only complaint I have is having to pay for parking. I think this is just a money grab.
