I was not sure how our free bottle of wine would come. I unfortunately did not ask but expected it would be provided in the room. I was disappointed with this.

Unique and historical places to stay. Close to everything downtown. Wonderful

Beautiful historic hotel right in the city! Great restaurant as well! Easy access to walk to other downtown locations.

The receptionist was helpful to help us be able to check in early, but then that got messed up the morning of our wedding. I didn't like the cleanliness of the hallways and room, the bathroom sliding door was broken and the sheer curtain to outside was torn.

Always love staying here. Great location and staff is always very helpful!

We booked a superior loft room. Although Expedia states there is valet and porter, there is not. Location good. Dining room food very good and friendly. Did not serve any appetizers at bar after 10 pm, we went to a local restaurant nearby. The carpet upstairs was badly stained. Only one towel was left in bathroom daily. Paint was peeling from the ceiling. Coffee was not restocked while we were there. I stayed in Magnolia in St. Louis approx 4-5 times and this was disappointing in comparison.

Beautiful historic hotel building. It was prom weekend and we had a courtyard view of the lovely couples taking prom pictures. Also, it's a nice walk to the market for great restaurants and entertainment.

Loved it all around from the all the staff were amazing. Room was beautiful. Super experience!! Will stay the again the next time I go to Omaha!!!!!

The whole experience was amazing. From check in to check out, we had an amazing stay. Used valet for our car and it made things super easy. Room was clean, contemporary and super super comfy. Usually hotel beds hurt my back, but not this one, wanted to take it with me, it was so comfy!! Staff is super sweet and helpful. The building is older but has been maintained well and the rooms are all updated. Highly recommend!!!!

The check in process took a little longer this time around. Didn’t realize there would be a line to check in at 8:00 pm. The poor Front Desk agent was overwhelmed with incoming guests and the incoming calls, which led to an extensive wait.

Love the atmosphere and vibe. The bottle of champagne was a nice perk. Will definitely stay here again.

A historic hotel and nice to learn about the history but the rooms need serious upgrade!!

It was close to a lot of places to walk to which was nice. There was a lot of high pitched noises and sounds in the walls at the room they put me in but it was ok overall.

The staff who helped me check in was so sweet!! And helpful! I had to check in late and needed a place to eat! She helped!

Very nice boutique hotel. Our only complaint is not enough staff. Only one person working the front desk with people waiting three deep. And only one person staffed in the restaurant for breakfast- seating and serving. Our coffee didn’t arrive until after we had almost finished eating. Lisa, our shuttle driver was awesome.

Property was well maintained, clean and the room was relaxing.
