This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The hotel is fabulous and the Decor is beautiful. The hotel is immaculate throughout and our spacious room was spotless. The hotel is very well staffed and each member was polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices. The breakfast room was spotless and spacious. As a wheelchair user I found the hotel to be very accessible and the staff very helpful. Likewise my room was very accessible. I couldn't fault this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night. I wish we would have stayed longer. The room had everything we could need and more. They are renovating, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but they are doing everything they can to mitigate it. We even received a free room upgrade at no request. I would definitely recommend staying there.

They were renovating and no lounge or bar area was available. I would not have booked here had I know. Also spa not opened during my stay

The hotel was being renovated so that was a bit I convenient. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

Lobby and restaurant currently under construction and didn’t know until the week before our stay. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and should have been told about the renovations when booking. Other than that and the hotel being a little dated, which they are addressing, although the rooms could stand to be updated as well, it was a good stay. Staff was excellent!

Hotel was okay. It met our needs but was fairly basic but perhaps this represents the price. The reception area is under renovation which wasn’t noted when we booked. The rooms are somewhat dated and there’s a lack of vibe about the place as the rooms are in a separate building to reception. Staff were helpful and the location is great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for getting around to the sights. Easy metro access.

Everything appeared to be quite clean. There were other issues that were accommodated. We asked to change room because our first room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wouldn't go there. Because of a malfunction you had to go to the 4th or 6th floor. And due to construction the bar and restaurant were closed. So we asked for a small consession of included breakfast since we had not included breakfast in our reservation and they gave us that.

Great and friendly staff. Jr suite very large and comfortable. Near metros and busses. Peaceful area. Work being done in lobby but did not disrupt. Only complaint (just my opinion) I didn't care for the shampoo and hand soap. Very nice hotel and area. Will def return.

Room was clean, didn’t not take the breakfast plan. Had a cute court yard.

The room was OK. It wasn’t the biggest, but we made the best out of it. I feel like the bathroom was a little outdated, but overall the hotel staff were very good and accommodating.

Staff is very friendly and the stay was delightful. Every service request was prompt, and I love the courtyard space. Took about 15 min to get into the main shopping and restaurant area in Marais, but location still was ok. Will probably stay here again.

All in all good value for money. Room refreshed every day, breakfast fresh assorted and abundant making an excellent start to the day. The garden area was delightful with nooks and crannies for those looking for peace and quiet.

The service was great! Very helpful. Great location with many bars and restaurants, easy access to the Metro.

Beautiful courtyard and lovely rooms. Super clean and modern. Lobby is in process of remodeling therefore a little congested in April2026. Breakfast is terrific.

We loved our stay. Rooms are spacious for a big city. Beds were comfy.

The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available.

The lobby area / bar / restaurant is currently under renovation - so we didn’t get to eat there. Otherwise the hotel is great. There’s a lovely courtyard area that allows for some private quiet time away from the bustle of the streets.
