Clean and friendly

The staff service and attitude.

Beautiful well kept property.. clean room, fridge, microwave... all the accomodations listed and big bathroom with different lighting options. TV and wifi was great and bed was comfortable and clean. Thank you for an excellent stay

We had a pleasure staying with Quality Inn !

Our room was fairly clean but the fixtures and furniture were not in great condition. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and old. The front desk staff were friendly.

Mercedes at the front desk is absolutely awesome! She made out visit so nice. Hotel is older but very clean (and I’m very picky). Typical hotel breakfast. Showers were wonderful too.

The hotel was disappointing, not up or standards, more like a motel than a hotel.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was very clean. Excellent pillows.

Pics were much better than the king room was dirty. Dirty microwave and baseboard was pulled away from wall with spider webs

Really nica accommodation for the money.

First room was on back side of hotel and the parking lot was packed and I was unable to get a parking spot due to number of other guests all in one side and a landscaping truck blocking the lot. I went back to the office and asked if I could be moved due to the situation and the lady at the desk did move me to another room but was not happy to do so and was visibly upset with my request. No other guests were in the lobby at this time so it was not due to being busy. Toilet was not mounted properly and seat was dirty and not screwed down properly. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked as usual.

Great service

We have been to this motel three times. We always stay here when in Mt Airy because it is close to the historical district, but far enough to be away from any congestion. The room is always very clean. The staff at the desk is very helpful...Thank you for the recommendation of the restaurant 13 Bones, excellent place!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Nicee hotel

Great overnight stay. Got in our room around 10:30 pm and went right to bedding down for the night. Property was very quiet. No issues with noise whatsoever. Had a great nights rest and woke up early for a delicious breakfast. Checkout was super easy. Great stay for the value!
