Classic hotel. I normally travel in Marriott (elite) but non available. Will be coming back for sure. Room, shower great. Food excellent, atmosphere great to so many people in the dining area. Location perfect to visit Lund. Ubers a piece of cake and train a short walk.

Convenient with self-check-in and checkout. Good breakfast, nice room and grand impression.

Nice service/ close to the train station & excellent breakfast. Rooms are traditional/ but tired - stayed twice, second time the room was better. tiny tv's/ old tech/ dated fixtures. no price list for the minibar.

Old-world charm and grace. This establishment is a gem from another era. It was a privilege to be a guest there.

The Grand Hotel is vintage classic hotel. For me the room was a bit dated. The restaurant and service are wonderful. I encourage you to walk the city. The train station is within walking distance with baggage.

Beautiful, great breakfast

The staff was terrific. Being an older property it could use upgrading. The bathrooms were small and outdated, the bathtubs were dangerous. The tub should be replaced with walk in showers

Property located in beautiful Lund town. However the hotel is dated and needs upgrade. The rooms have no Air conditioning which was an issue at night as it was warm in the room. Fortunately there is a fan available in the room which made it tolerable at night. No coffee/tea facility in room either. The breakfast spread was very good though.

We loved Lund and the Grand Hotel was grand ! Would definately stay again ! Their breakfast included is amazing too.

Beautiful classic hotel.

Beautiful hotel filled with history! Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Stayed to celebrate my daughter’s wedding! The only thing lacking was information about the graduation parties and noise. Also construction work everyday and we stayed 10 nights. But other than that we enjoyed it!

Great classic hotel

Stylish hotel and unbeatable setting. There are things to love, but it’s not very “grand.” Untidy rooms need a good scrub and cleaning, stained carpets, scuffed wood floors and panelling, and an overpowering smell of fried fish that sticks to clothes. A premium hotel requires much more love, care and attention to detail - tradition and style are no excuses for disrepair. It is such a shame and a missed opportunity.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s so convenient to walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes away, several excellent cafes and bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast that is included is a buffet that was above and beyond our expectations, perfect selection and everything was so fresh! The bed was so comfortable. The room was great, excellent soundproofing. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful square. This was an excellent choice and we want to return to Lund, in part to stay at this charming, elegant hotel!
