Amazing breakfast

Very nice staff

I have stayed here on prior trips - the quality of service has deteriorated considerably. The physical property is in need of maintenance too.

Breakfast was really good

Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options, including omelets. Good location.

Stefanie the waitress was very helpful and friendly,I don't drink so bar I donot know,breakfast was excellent and also service, front desk could not tell me me the difference between premium room and standard, I booked now a,standard room so I will see, pool was good, massage excelant, thankyouIam gratefull

Very helpful staff - parking underground - good selection for breakfast. Just weird to have to book the tub but the pool staff did it right away.

I enjoyed my stay at the Movich Hotel in Pereira overall. The location was excellent and very convenient. I especially liked the breakfast buffet, which included typical soups, pastries, fruits, and a good variety of options. The female staff member at the omelette station during the weekdays did a very good job preparing the eggs and arepas. However, the male staff member tended to overcook both the eggs and arepas. The chicken soup served at dinner was delicious. It would be nice if the dinner menu included more traditional Colombian dishes. I also appreciated the access to the sauna and steam rooms, as well as the free parking available for both guests and visitors. One disappointment was that the jacuzzi was out of service during my entire stay. In addition, the coffee bar appeared to serve hard or old cookies, and warming them up did not improve the quality very much. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the location, amenities, and several food options, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

I recommend this hotel, everything was 10/10. The staff always friendly, thank you to Dylan at Tipsy bar who created delicious cocktails for me. Thank you also to Mrs. Viviana who assisted me in everything I needed. Movich is at a great location.
