Amazing and peaceful

Not good service all people looking mean I been multiple times already asking the same questions like Iam a new customer. Room smell dirty .

The room is unhygienic overrun with cockroaches.

I booked a non smoking room and was given one that smelled nauseatingly like smoke. The next room was dirty with burn holes in blankets and dirt on floors and counters. Toilet not clean. I did not feel safe nor comfortable.

Clean rooms, basic no frills. Close to Alameda commercial district

I reserved a non smoking room and when I walked in the stench of smoke hit me. I got a second room that had burn holes in the blankets and dirt debris on the floors. The toilet had not been cleaned. My anxiety was triggered and I asked if I could check out. He said I had to call Travelocity and Travelocity called them. I was able to cancel the second night and receive a refund. I went to my event and came back, got my bag and went to the Hawthorne down the street. Never again.

I enjoy staying here

The room was perfect 2 queen beds. Fridge microwave. Peet's coffee across parking lot .Nicest one I've ever seen. However, there were a few cockroachs. So don't bring all your stuff in. Lol

Check in is extremely late at times.

Check in was easy the lady was very nice however... Room was filthy! The floor was wet and sticky and walking on it turned out feet black so we wore shoes the rest of the stay. We didn't use the shower because the bathroom was so dirty,walls floor,base boards,door etc. Amenities weren't bad hair dryer didn't work. Over all wouldn't have been a bad hotel if it was properly cleaned. Wouldn't stay there again sadly since it was very conveniently located to main strip and the price wasn't bad for the area but not worth it for the lack of cleanliness

Its a place to crash. Nothing wrong with it, just very low frills.

This is an OK place to sleep. That's about it. It needs a little attention. An example is there was blue masking tape on the laminate floor to cover defects (broken spots) in the flooring. Room 209

Fast checkin. Courteous staff. Adequate parking. Even with the meal at the Pho restaurant (had the #9 excellent!) my $ total was considerably less than i usually spend on accommodations in Oakland, so yippie! hot dog! and Merry Xmas to me!

Nice place to stay.

The non-smoking room smelled awful, like old cigarettes and mold, and there was human hair on the “clean” towels. When we requested fresh towels for the room, there was hair on those as well. One of the women at the front desk came off as snippy and was generally unpleasant. Would not recommend staying here for any amount of time.

Close to College of Alameda; nice staff. Easy access to bus lines.
