It was very stinky as soon as we walked in we had to run and open the window so we don’t pass out. There no soap or body wash at all in the shower. There was the smallest little soap you have ever seen for the sink to wash your hand if you shad hands of a 2 year old. They provided the smallest little shampoo and conditioner bottle that again was as small as your pinky height. And that was it. Glad it had toilet paper. The tv forget it if u want to watch a show be prepared to watch people with hues of the simpsons skin. Glad we only had to stay one night. Also they charge parking $10.50/night in a very suspicious little underground parkade.

The hotel is under construction and not the most ideal place right now. The staff wants be helpful and they do anything to help.

Room had a very strong smell of smoke, I asked to be moved to another room and obviously it was not granted, the hallways stunk horrible. Over price for the quality of the rooms. I don’t understand how this hotel is rated you high

Parking here is always super easy and secure. I hope with the new renovation they will update the shower taps and faucets, the water and pressure is nice and warm. It just takes a bit of fiddling to get them set. Always a great stay and I would recommend it.

Clean room, comfortable bed and convenient location right off Jasper Ave. Little chapped with paying additional for parking on property. Assigned an adjoining room that wasn’t very sound proof from the guests on the other side.

The staff and location were good, unfortunately both our bathroom sink and the shower were extremely clogged, as soon as you turned the tap on to wash your hands or anything it filled and wouldn’t drain. Made showering and brushing our teeth pretty gross….

Everything about the hotel was very good: rooms, cleanliness, personnel, parking. Being a tall person I wasn't fond of the very low toilets.

Stay was okay, however it was under renovation during our stay so it was loud durind the day

The staff were all very friendly, but the inside of the hotel, especially on the 5th floor, was incredibly hot. I had to leave my window open and it barely helped. I also had a fan in my bathroom that I couldn't figure out how to turn off and it was very loud. The room itself was nice, though I see why they are renovating because everything is extremely dated. There was lots of parking though.

Well the housekeeper didn’t do my room when I was out all day. I had to ask for fresh towels
