We got a room with harbor view, which was very nice.

We checked in early, got helped and assigned a room. appreciate it. The day we went to the breakfast we were told the cook is out and we only had some bread. they even ran out of hard-boiled eggs but still charged 12.99+tax for the meal.

Lobby on second floor? Pay too park? No continental breakfast? Room next to freeway. Traffic all night. At least the elevators worked.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was big. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that the door just slides shut, it doesn’t close and lock. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every day. Beautiful view of the park and the water across the street.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and the view out my window was gorgeous. Special shout out to Dez from the front desk who was so sweet! She truly went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If I’m ever in the area again, I will stay here.

Bed and bathroom were extremely clean. Difficulty getting through gates to enter hotel check in area by car due to poor signage and lack of lighting near entry gate. Hotel should request police patrol of the underbridge and waterfront area. Don’t waste your money on the waterfront view- there are obstructions.

Only criticism is they need to rethink the toilet paper

Nice hotel, with excellent view of the harbor. Don't forget to factor in a $15 parking feed when staying.

Our room was on highway side of hotel, very busy with traffic noise.

A lot of construction going on nearby and a bit of traffic noise due to I-195 passing nearby. However that was a plus for us as we were needing to cross the river a lot on that interstate.

Nice property. Comfortable bed. I was there 3 nights. Housekeeper forgot to take my trash, but the room was clean. Staff was kind and gracious. My desk lamp didn’t work which was somewhat of an inconvenience. My concerns are only trivial but the overall stay was wonderful.

I was highly insulted that we had to pay $15 to park our car. Just ridiculous. And the breakfast was just awful. And to pay for a meal that you had to special order and not get half of it was just a poor excuse for food. We are very sorry we ate there.

Perfectly acceptable hotel, but overpriced.

We received phone calls in the night and someone screaming at our door on purpose with the intention of getting us scared for no reason. We then disconnected the phone for a while. I reported to the front desk but they could do nothing about it. Next morning we again received a call from this same crazy person.
