Easy parking and a very well located hotel to walk around the town.

Limited evening menu choices, excellent breakfast options. In room fridge and safe were both faulty.

Stayed at the Novotel many times, always clean and tidy and the rooms are very good.

A nice comfy hotel with good looking reception and dinning areas. I enjoyed my night there. Had breakfast in the morning and it was lovely. Only downside is I requested my receipt by email and left my details @ reception but didn’t receive it as promised.

The quality was poor. An executive room was just a regular room. There was mold in the window. Staff was hard to come by and you end up waiting a while. The staff even messed up my food order. The drink order they tapped the keg dry, decided to replace it, and use the same half from the tapped keg glass to complete my order after stating it wasnt to quality and you cant have it. Only one elevator. No dog amenities and the information about dogs was unclear. You cant leave them alone in the room even if you assume liability and pay for a deposit.

Great location, walking distance to train station and downtown shopping/restaurants. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating. Our room was comfortable though the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Slept very well though.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms and great showers. My one small gripe is that it would have been great if the fridge in the room had water in it - even a bottle of tap water!

Very comfortable stay, good location, short walk into town centre. Nice breakfast, though short of vegan options.. Would come back.

Novotel is a lovely hotel, Lovely & helpful staff, very clean and a nice feel, we will be coming back for sure fairly soon. More areas to visit. I would give this hotel 10\10 and we rarely give that score.... Mr & Mrs Reed....Thank you Novotel.

tv was of poor standard. pillows was terrible. noisy location

Good value for money, clean and good location for town and theatre, although did feel a little unsafe at night walking back due to noisy groups and environment but perhaps that's an age thing ( mid sixties).

Wonderful newly renovated hotel breakfast was delicious and the employees were so attentive

This is an excellent hotel in Ipswich. Cosy and friendly. Clean and comfy beds with modern bathrooms. We all had a good stay my colleagues and I.

Everything was great except we could not work the tv in the evening and then it switched itself on at 4 am! Not what we wanted or expected
