Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating.
During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning.
