The buffet breakfast wasn’t the best, would have liked to see more options.

No air conditioning

We booked the King Summit room that gave us access to the summit lounge, the booking and staff reiterated this came with drinks, coffee/teas/water and snacks available during the hours the lounge was open, sadly there were never snacks only a couple apples and oranges, we mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would restock the chocolate bars? We went back and there were some Sesame Snaps and Kashi fruit bars, Highly disappointing when they are normally charging over $300 a night access this lounge with your room. If that is the snacks you are better off booking the Sheraton Eau Claire Club Lounge room Package.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was really clean but very hot.

The hotel was clean and looked very well maintained. They are in the process of rebuilding the pool, therefore I would recommend calling and asking if it’s available, if that is importanr to you. Parking is free and plentiful. Great stay!

The only items we would have at the breakfast is the fruit & cottage cheese, coffee and maybe toast The rest was terrible, tough pancakes, tasteless eggs and sausages. We have eaten supper there before and it was excellent. The accommodation is absolutely excellent.

The bed was one of the best sleeps, but the most surprising thing was the laminar flow from the bathroom sink, quiet, no splashing in the sink. The rainfall shower head huge, but the width of the shower is more for the thinner guest.

Avoid a room close to the stairwells. The doors are heavy, and they SLAM so loudly it’s impossible to relax or sleep through the night. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Beds were uncomfortable and check out weren't able to charge the card provided at check in for online booking.

Excellent stay all the way through

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly.

About an hour after check-in, someone entered our room to clean it, which was unexpected. They took my personal pillow (clearly not hotel property) and put it into a hotel pillowcase, making it easy to lose. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel.
