We enjoyed our stay. We did have issues at the restaurant onsite both times we went there.

Great area downtown. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is in need of remodeling. The front desk staff seemed indifferent,and not particularly helpful.

The Hyatt exceeded our expectations, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, the king suite with sofa bed were both very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely Mountain View. The gym and free rentable bikes were so useful and the location is perfect - easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were perfect. It made our visit from the UK one to remember! Would totally stay again and definitely recommend.

Great location for shopping, dining and the street fair on Thursdays. No longer have some of the amenities that I really enjoyed that included shuttle from the airport and a managers reception every night with free wine and snacks. The pool wasn’t as warm as it was in past years and made it a bit tough to swim on cool days. Overall, a good experience though, and I would recommend it for the location and sizable rooms

Rooms were generously sized and clean. Balcony view was nice. Worked great for 4 friends on Coachella weekend. Check in took a long time and front desk could’ve used more help, approx 11:30pm. They also failed to advise us that there was no housekeeping on the weekends so we had to pick up our own towels. Not a problem. But would’ve been nice to know.

Amazing. The restaurant staff are amazing.

The plumbing in the room was bad overall. The parking lot stink, there was a bad odor all around. Carpet in the room was truly old, and probably you can’t tell if it’s clean. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, I can feel balls on something under my body. I was very sore every morning. The place is ready for an update. I won’t be staying there until I know this issues have been resolve.

Great location. Comfortable room with nice linens. Golf course view, bikes, pool, hot tub, central location made it a nice place to decompress.
