No AC on the room but with the cool weather, i was able to use the fan and opened the window, until the noisy construction started tk wake you up. They promised to look into the AC but noone came to give me an update if the ac was indeed broken or if they had fixed it (still used outside air and fan to avoid disappointment) Breakfast was the same thing everyday. No wifi and poor cell service in my room 307. I had to work from the lobby so i can get wifi for my laptop and to get on zoom calls. Very inconvenient

Clean parking. Unstable wifi is the only -ve to mention.

AC wasnt working in the first night and they were not any other available room. So i had to sleep in a non ac room with a fan Once they moved me to another room on the second and last night, the ac was on but very low. It was a bit step up from a fan. Breakfast was mediocre

Rather expensive for OK hotel, picked for location ( 5 minuets walk from railway station ) Biggest disappointment was the fact I was there for work, needed to access e-mail but could not get internet of phone or laptop

Some construction to the ground floor, but didn't disturb us during our stay. Short overnight stay. Food was good, easy to find hotel and staff are very nice and helpful.

Excellent location, good breakfast but air con not working too well.

We did spend two nights at the Mercure in Hamm. It has a 24h check-in however they did not know that we are arriving late even if I told them by phone upfront and they made a note for the responsible person. But not a problem that the reservation as the hotel wasn't fully booked so we got a room. Reservation was for a twin bed and we got a double bed but we didn't care. We asked for a wake up call and I saw the staff writing it down. But there was no call - that's a no go. Also the card reader wasn't working at the check out. Took us quite a bit until they offered to make a copy of the credit card and charge the rate at later time. Beside those points the staff was nice and friendly. We were asking for a late check-out and got one extra hour. Rooms were clean but felt a bit aged. The bath tub was a bit dirty, rest of the bath was good. The breakfast was a nice selection of bread, cheese, meat, eggs, sausages and fruits. There was some renovation going on. I think that's a good idea. In general we can recommend that place even if it was not 100%.
