Unkind staff!!!

Breakfast was good, reception was very friendly. A space in the parking lot for €14.00 ($15.67) seems rather high (not covered). Overall good experience. Room was very nice and clean.

Great hotel, location is good as its very close to the Autobhan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the €14 parking fee per night.

I stayed here for close to 2 months. Really good hotel with nice bar and restaurant but the wifi was extremely slow and almost unusable averaging at less than 1mb/s in both rooms i stayed in

Stayed here for 2 weeks and they never changed my sheets once. The wifi is also so slow it is almost unusable. The rooms are nice and hotel itself is nice and the bar and restaurant is good. The rooms also have AC which was good since Germany is currently going through a heat wave.

NH-Ingolstadt is an ok hotel. Ok rooms and good breakfast. We stay there at least once every year on our way back from the Alps. Only really bad thing is their lack of free parking. They are right next to the freeway and have a huge parking lot - but asks 12€ per day for parking. I find that too greedy. During weekends it's possible to find free parking nearby.

Transit stop overnight between Ijmuiden and Italy. Well prepared for current situation. Only real issues: Check in was sluggish but precise. Could have used another pillow on the bed

Comfortable room with fabulous shower (and bath) twin beds, large TV a mini bar and a leather chair and footstool. We enjoyed very good food and excellent service in the bar. This hotel is dog friendly and accepts more than 1 dog which is important for us. The only breakfast option was a buffet breakfast (which was €15 or more Euros) which we did not need, but a shop directly opposite the hotel had a bakery with a good choice of rolls and pastries which also sold coffee. here was a park nearby which was good for walking our dogs. Parking was extra but very convenient.

Nice room, comfortable bed, which is unusual these days! Pity the restaurant was closed.

Not very friendly staff... Pay for parking 10 EU while paying 110 EU for room is not customer friendly.. Bathroom very smelly.

Great place to stay if you're traveling to Ingolstadt for business.

Nice tidy modern hotel with good breakfast

Best hotel in Ingolstadt by a large margin. Only downside is the Wi-Fi which even at 9€ a day is super slow. Room service and breakfast both very good, and staff are fantastic.

Quick stop for business arrived late so did not use any services
