Check in was pleasant, however during check out, the front desk staff did not even bother to make eye contact or thank me for choosing to stay with them. Yes they provide free shuttle to the airport but the driver was bitter as I did not tip him and told me to remember that nothing is free in America, I do not expect this kind of treatment from Hilton.
