The staff was very friendly. We had the opportunity to visit the spa before our check-in time. They also offered to check if our room was ready earlier, and we were able to check in ahead of schedule. There was a wide variety of delicious food available for breakfast.

Nice hotel, best in town

Staff are very friendly, the room was in excellent condition. Couldn’t have been more happier the facilities are great! Would recommend!

Sunday night pool, gym and restaurant are closed, bar was closed as well

Great location, nice specious family room with a lovely view of the park, delicious breakfast selection. Staff were helpful in booking us taxis as needed (and ensuring the taxi company had an infant seat too!)

I had a great stay in the newer Scandic portion of the hotel with plenty of hot water this time. Great breakfast!

Great breakfast but didn't have much hot water for my showers for some reason. Had to wait sometimes, maybe they need to add capacity.

Nice big hotel. Grand reception area. Rooms are getting tired and need an update. Lights missing in the room. No room comforts like coffee or tea facilities. Pool is a nice area but again needs updating as it’s very worn.

This hotel was beautiful and located near all the things to do in town.

Really nice family room, though the pool was cold which was our only disappointment.

I'm sure it was a lovely hotel a few years back but it all seems very tired and lacklustre. Not the cleanest hotel we've stayed in and the A La Carte Restaurant was very disappointing.

We spent three nights here as a stopover in our road trip around Sweden and Norway. The hotel is fine and the staff were excellent. The hotel suffers from the neighborhood it is in. There was loud amplified music across the park every night until 11pm. This was loud enough to be heard through the closed windows. The hotel also chose to illuminate the outside with lights that are bright enough to make their way around the blackout curtains. They shone straight into our room. Not their fault but there is also a distinct lack of vegetarian food options, although the Indian and Thai restaurants we did find were excellent.

Enjoyed the pool and sauna, the beds were on the narrow side but adequate.

We absolutely loved our stay, the breakfast was the definite highlight, so much choice and the freshly made omelettes were perfect, can’t speak highly enough about breakfast
