That was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were amazing and truly worked with heart. I hope I can meet them again and experience the same. The room was comfortable, the food was good — everything helped make the visit enjoyable.

Very run down rooms, partly breaking apart. No place for luggage. Nowhere to hang jackets. Iron is dangerous to use. Heating terrible and not working - you get sick in such condistions. Balcony not cleaned after previous guests.

The hotel é good, near the Taksim Square. Walking distance from metro and bus station. The room is very good.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable! It was within minutes walk to Taksim, amazing istiklal St, tons of restaurants and interesting places. The rooms were on the older side and could use some repair, but front desk was available 24/7 to respond to inquiries and fix things. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well, but the best part was the hotel staff. They were all wonderful! They spoke both Turkish and English and they helped us every day with giving us tips and guidance. Umut the receptionist spoke fluent English and was highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. The young lady receptionist was super nice too, and Barkay the bellboy was always ready to jump in and help us. We had an amazing 1 week stay at two family suites and we made everlasting memories.

We stayed for 1 night and it was quite enough. I can suggest the hotel for a short stay, but I am not sure about the long run. The location of the hotel was almost perfect. 10 mins you walk, you are at the Taksim square.

All the staff in this hotel were friendly and helpful mr mete in breakfast area and all the guys in lobby or front desk . mr Burack was kind and special

Location, quiet and staff. While check in i found pillow cases in the room was Not changed it was used by previous guest despite they told me that my room is ready for check in, this was a huge disappointment for me. It seems also blanket cover was used not changed, I immediately reported to the house keeping supervisor he quickly taken action to change used pillow cases. Hotel is not having 4 star facilities it's only 3 star Hotel.
