Although we had to pay for the spa /gym it was a fantastic hydro pool /swimming area Unfortunately the hot breakfast was always cold or like warm all three days Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel

If you go to Bilbao, this is the Hotel to stay. Is Not extremely expensive, but is spectacular in any other ways. Staff is super, everything is very clean all the time and the restaurant is top notch. We came in a group of 5 and had a great time here. Very close to the Old Town center (about 20 minutes walking) Overall, great place to stay.

Check in was easy & very friendly staff, Bar staff we very friendly, rooms were clean but a little small & not enough hangers & no cupboard / draw space. Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use.

The staff was wonderful… give them a good raise. The proximity of the cathedral, Nuestra Señora de Begoña, was an added attraction since it was originally named the Cathedral of Santiago (St. James) and the old “Camino” in the 1500’s.

Excellent hotel close to metro (3 minutes walk) located in city center. Supermarkets just around the corner. 20 minutes walk to old town. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed. Nice friendly staff (housekeep, front desk and bar). Very helpful receptionists. Especially Arrate, try hard to help us to find a way to Santander. Two thumbs up!

Room was perfect but would have liked the cups to be replaced when the beds were made.

Excellent hotel with great proximity to the city centre

Underground car park. We stayed while passing through on motorbikes. Hotel is a nice distance from city centre and is definitely motorbike friendly. But i recomend you enter the carpark from the rear entrance if on 2 wheels, the ramp on front of the hotel is very slippy when wet!

I liked the location of the property it was in a nice area and close to public transportation. It was clean and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are heavy and impossible to close quietly.So every time someone enters or exits their room it is loud . The breakfast buffet was really good too.I would definitely stay there again even with the loud doors.
