Clean room, great staff. Wish there was a gym

Yes thanks you guys for a nice stay at the hotel. Everything promised was delivered. This is a great location if you want to visit the James Bay area of Victoria. Super close to ferry , Harbour air , water taxi etc etc. whale watching. Its about $70 taxi ride from the main airport. All very nice we were happy in this very quite hotel !

The hotel and area were wonderful. The only downside was navigating the one way streets and finding the hotel parkade.

It’s very walkable by the water. There are lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The view is spectacular

The suite was spotless and well maintained. The view was wonderful with the legislature outlined in lights right in our view. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Price is fairly high but worth it. Our favourite. And steps away from lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown centre.

Wow! This is my new favourite hotel in Victoria for sure! Amazing location close to everything, got upgraded to a 1bdrm suite overlooking the harbour with a patio, such an amazing room with all the amenities we could need. Staff was so friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure

Gorgeous suite with a view and all the amenities you need. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. We will be back.

Although a bit dated, our stay was fantastic! Easy check in, free onsite parking, very quiet. The suite was big and had everything we needed. Great location. Very clean.
