It’s so warm in the room and can’t adjust the AC system.

The hotel was in a great place for exploring paris. Rooms were cleaned everday and we're very nice. Reception staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was nice and staff were lovely. The room itself was quite small. We booked a triple room and it was cramped for the 3 of us.

No hot water for the first 24 hours. Inadequate breakfast staff and space. Very tiny room, even for Paris!

This little hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs -Elysees. It has a cozy, warm vibe to it and the staff are quite helpful and friendly. I loved the comfotable dining area with plenty of healthy foods for breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Positive: Great location, close to 2 metro stops. Lots of shopping and dining areas. Clean hotel. Negative: housekeeping staff was very loud and slammed doors.

Staff was friendly great eating and shopping options was walking distance to major locations and trains and the big bus.

i did not use the laundry, and had breakfast 1x, it was okay..

I think I hit the lottery with my room, it was very sunny during the day but the curtains could block it out if I wanted to. The bathroom was spotless. And even though my windows were street facing, the sound insulation was fantastic on the windows. Also every member of staff was polite and friendly.

I loved it here. I would given it 5 if the room was a bit bigger then there next door hotel was.. but overall staff was fantastic. The room was clean and I felt safe and secure in the area!!!!it’s a must guys your near the arc, effiel tower and champs Elysees mall all walkable!

The hotel was great the staff were very helpful. I would recommend dining options were easily walkable. Subway stop near by and using the app to find which lines to use was great
