Front the moment we arrived are room was ready early even though are check in was ta 2.30 which was was amazed as you rarely see this in hotels. Also the room with the terrace was amazing and the cleaness was on point and smelt fresh. Was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the bus stop is right oustide the hotel which is a bonus.

Great staff throughout the hotel, didn't eat there as it was a bit pricey at £34 for 2 breakfasts. Mango & Chilli restaurant attached looked lovely, as did the food, but Thai is not our thing, so missed that as well, but can't knock the presentation or aromas, smelt great.

Room suited for our one night stay for a music gig in Brighton. Room was basic & outdated, but had all essentials & fairly comfy. 40 minute walk from Brighton Pier. No space in car park but parked on an adjacent road for £7.60 (11hour max paid via PayByPhone App), was easy enough. For the price wasn’t bad, would stay again for convenience.

The hotel & the staff were excellent the only let down was the breakfast, it was really basic, & although we had breakfast included in our overnight stay I would not have paid £17 for the full English that was available.

Great stay in Hove - room really lovely and clean. Staff really friendly and room a decent size. Mattress a little sunk and slightly uncomfortable which does need replacing. No air con but decent fan which did the job provided in the room. Nice tea tray and cleaned during the stay. Nice little restaurant on site Thai food which we didn't use but smelt really good!

The room was a lot larger than we were expecting, which made a pleasant change. Found the bed a but hard but personal choice.

Had a lovely stay. Breakfasts really nice and had a meal in Thai restaurant which was lovely. Had the lookout room on top floor which gives you a small balcony and views out to sea. Sat outside of bar talking till shut and barman was really friendly. Very handy for public transport as buses stop just outside. Only downside couldn't get into carpark on first day as full and had to park over road in public carpark for a night£20). So would advise getting there a bit earlier to guarantee a spot.( We arrived 4pm)

Nice hotel but the car park was limited and a bit tight to access. Also operates on a first come, first served policy but they did allow patrons to park at the front of the building too. Very helpful, attentive and friendly staff from reception to the breakfast staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. Reception staff were very helpful with good local knowledge about buses etc. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which was handy and took us into the heart of the shopping centre from where you can easily find The Lanes and the seafront/pier etc. You can walk to local bars, pubs/restaurants in Hove easily or if you’re used to walking further then Brighton seafront are about an hours stroll. Easy enough to get the bus or an Uber/taxi back. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great continental buffet choices as well as freshly cooked full English (vegetarian option also) Clean hotel in all areas, based over 5 floors with a huge convenient lift. We stayed in room 51 which had a large bathroom with walk in accessible shower. Water pressure was also very good. Whilst the room had a fan it was extra hot but that was expected during the freaky heatwave whilst we were there. We had a small balcony which was lovely and we just kept the door and window fully opened the whole time. The room cooled enough at night to get a proper nights sleep and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Nice selection of tea/coffee and the complimentary toiletries were lovely too. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location on Hove seafront with carpark (limited spaces) and a bus stop outside. Stayed in a double with sea view and terrace-everything was clean and well-maintained. Good choice for breakfast although more fresh fruit would be good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent location just across the road from the beach. Free parking is excellent 👌 breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. My only “complaint “ would be no fridge/mini bar in the room. Especially on hot days would be really useful to have a fridge. Plus my husband is diabetic so essential for storing his insulin Wifi works well. So all in all a great place for our mini break. Much nicer than Brighton beach front

This was the MOST WELCOME surprise of any hotel yet visited in past 30 years of Brighton/Hove visits. From the very first greeting on arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful and hospitable; the room and public areas were spotlessly clean, and all subsequent information or assistance sought was immediately and cheerfully offered. Wow!!! NB Having just come from 2 long haul flights to arrive only couple of hours earlier at Gatwick airport, this hotel was like an Oasis in the desert! Big thanks
