Terrible, found bugs in room and bathroom and left immediately. Was not even offered a refund. I didn’t even sleep the night

Clean rooms and beds were comfortable. Average breakfast. The lobby was a great place for groups to hang out. The kids loved the pool, and the staff was accommodating with plates and napkins, when we had a pizza party in the lobby.

Place seems pretty new and got a lot of that clean/new feel for the price. Pretty standard and they had 2 washers and dryers

The breakfast had many options and good coffee. The rooms were ok. There was a musty smell in the room and the carpet needs to be updated. The room was clean except the bathroom was a little dirty around the edges of the wall and there was a used shaver under the vanity.

Registration was very pleasant and suggested dinner options

Omelettes for breakfast was such a nice start to my day. Loved the cinnamon rolls. Breakfast is top tier!

Courteous staff, clean room, convenient location

Was a nice clean hotel, good breakfast. Only complaint is that other guests were noisy and we could hear them from the hallway, but nothing a white noise machine couldn’t help.

The breakfast was terrific. Lots of choices and the poor kitchen staff was working extra hard because the hotel was full of growing boys. I liked the room, not too small and plenty of furniture.

Quiet and clean. Extremely comfortable beds.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and accommodating! My daughter and I were staying there for a week while she was doing some testing and classes for school, we did a lot of studying in the evenings and they went above and beyond and helped us find quiet locations to study! Also all IHG members got free bottled water, that was great due to the high temperatures!!

The best breakfast on our trip and it was very clean. Rooms had air conitioning and the fridge worked…bonus.

Loving it so my h the customer service clean room soft beds ! Cute little swimming pool. Just a tad outdated but not bad for the price I paid !

To much noise

I was amazed that Hotels.com did not give a refund when I notified them on Wednesday (2 days) before I stayed at Holiday Inn Express that no one was staying in the second room until Saturday night.

Our stay in Omaha was awesome!

There were multiple spots not just in the room that weren’t very clean. Dried ketchup stain in the stairwell, the fridge had crusty and sticky food residue in it. The bathroom door in our room had something that looked like it dried running down it.
