The Service And Location Was Impeccable And Food At Bar Was Unbelievable

At first glance this is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is very spacious and nice. Once we took the elevator up to our floor though, you could see where it needed some updates. The carpeting in both the hallway and in the room needs updated. Walls could use fresh paint. The room had a very musty smell to it. The shower was very odd. Only hot water was available, no matter how you tried to adjust the handle. Which I guess was better than freezing cold? But it was so hot you had to jump in and out to keep from scalding yourself. The one nice thing I will say is that the bed was very comfortable at least. All in all though, it was a disappointing stay for the price.

The staff was very friendly!! Best part of the stay actually! Craft 309 had great service and awesome staff!!! Corporate office needs to approve getting the air conditioning fixed in the restaurant!!! And perhaps replacing the room carpets. But other than that, the entire family really enjoyed our stay! Nice & close to Bradley too! Very convenient location for graduation festivities!!

Very nice property in a nice neighborhood, just not great parking.

A little run down. Bathroom was very small. Beds were comfortable. Great view.

Nice hotel

Our room that we booked in March was not available to us on May 17. We had an option of being put on a waiting list with four people ahead of us to get the room we booked. We ended up taking a king size room, and my son had to sleep on the floor. The carpet was stained and smelly. Because it wasn’t our room we didn’t have enough towels however the maintenance man did find time to bring us two blankets and sheets, and a pillow. The staff was doing their best to keep up however, they were not equipped to satisfythe bookings the hotel made.

Goodness to start we showed up to the hotel to check in around 10pm fully expecting our room to be ready and it wasn’t at all. So I was told by the check-in person that I would receive a call after the cleaning people cleaned it and it shouldn’t take too long. After over an hour I still haven’t received a call so I called the hotel myself after waiting for someone to answer for over 10 minutes. Someone came on the phone first telling me they didn’t have a room ready still and then coming back on to tell me, they did have a room ready, but we would have to be there as soon as possible or they would give it away. So I hurried and got there immediately and checked in we got our key cards and went up to our room only to find out we were not given the room we booked. We were given a completely different room that was cheaper than the room we booked. The price was not adjusted, and I was given a two bed room instead of the suite that included a queen bed, a partition and a living room area. I would’ve called down to the front desk, but we had already waited so long for the first room and after being told they would give it away if we didn’t get there soon enough in it being almost midnight we gave up and went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we first noticed these stains all over the bottom of the bed skirts. One of them looked like somebody had actually urinated and it had dried the other one had blood on it. It was very disgusting.

My complaint is that we arrived at 7:30 pm and they were cleaning rooms still so we could not check in. We were not the only ones other folks were in the same situation. We waited for an hour before we could check in.

Did not get maid service and parking arrangements could be better. Room was nice and staff good.

Very comfortable very friendly close to restaurants and bars. Enjoy my stay we’ll stay again.

Rehab facility near by so safety is questionable. Randoms hanging out at the entrances. Parking garage is a block away but not to be walked alone after sunset

Room smelled like weed. And we had a couple access our room with a room key at 1030pm wanting to know why we were in there room and where all their stuff was.

Our hotel room was so filthy and dirty. Carpet was stained with unknown pink stuff. Walls was covered with dried food. Green film on the tub, orange film in toilet. Hair all over the floor. AC looked like it was going to fall apart. The room was really cold and couldn’t turn the temperature up just a little. The pool was a sauna, no air circulation, blowing hot heat, I had to leave within 15 mins because it was unbearable, I felt light headed, and dizzy in there. As soon as I got out of the pool area I felt better. It’s a confusing hotel to get around, people were joking that it’s like a squid game setting with random stairs and halls. This is place is way over priced for a horrible hotel.

Not much to dislike

Very nice hotel with a great pool. Restaurant was good.

A few minutes walk to the theatre I was going to very friendly and helpful staff,a restaurant is right next to hotel.

Place was nice. Good location. Staff needed work. One employee was fast, the other was super slow. Maybe new? Room was a little dingy, but clean. Didn't try restaurant after hearing they were understaffed and inconsistent wait times. Parking is terrible and offsite. But, honestly not bad.
