Redo the bathrooms, they were a bit gross. The provided shampoo and conditioners were just sitting on the shower.

It was beautiful and spacious. Great place to rest during our long road trip.

Breakfast! Wasn’t able to get any because ran out of food and only one person working making it hard to keep up with the meal. Had trouble with the TV. Called for help. Parking lot was full had to park further away from the building we stayed in.

There was no food, drinks, plates, etc. The food and service were terrible! More than 15 people waiting for food and drinks. The kitchen staff had a lack of assistance.

Service is poor, they do not do trash towels and sheets till day 4! Its too long. I also schedule a 4am shuttle service and confirmed and failed to schedule.

Love how well it was set up! Totally felt we had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay. Front desk personnel are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms look new and are very clean.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. We stayed in Building 6 and there were wasps against the window in the living room area when we arrived. The window screen was ripped similar to many screens at this property. We tried to switch rooms but the hotel was full. Our son and wife stayed in Building 3 and they detected fleas in the bed. I sent a letter to a manager and received no response. Overall, this property has a dated and dirty appearance and does not meet the high standards that the we expect when we stay at Hilton brand hotels.

Staff is wonderful! Offered amentities are perfect. The part that ruined it for us were the constant pool parties. I'm sure it's fun if you're part of it, but when you're the family with young kids going to bed early or the business executive trying to finish a presentation, it's frustrating. And quite frankly disgusting...we couldn't even use the pool for the 3 days we were there because it was cloudy or they were shocking it. Breakfast, gym, coffee, the rooms and staff were all wonderful!

location near airport- safe. excellent staff service- some things need upkeep or remodeling but it was clean and safe

Nice property perfect for long stays. Shocked they actually had several vegan options for the breakfast which is a plus it’s very uncommon for vegan travelers to be accommodated. Staff was very friendly.

The Staff were phenomenal, especially the Head of Breakfast, our 3 mornings. Our suite was clean, though, it needed major repair/detail with bedroom drapes, and with the bathroom molding and floor trim - an awful mess.

Went as a family of 5, rooms were extremely spacious and clean.

This was a last minute decision to travel from SC to New England for an overnight. We arrived late and found our accommodations absolutely perfect. In the morning Jarad went out of his way to be sure our stay was perfect. He is a great representative of Hilton. The kitchen staff presented a beautiful breakfast. It was dry. The house keepers were cordial and accommodating. Thank you everyone for making our stay seamless.

Will stay here again!
