We came to Girona and stayed here for 8 days. The staff were very helpful. We are English speakers and they made check in and out easy. We also attended the restaurant which had lovely food and a good menu del dia. Servers were very friendly and also helpful. We used the gym facilities while there which had several different machines for use such as chest press and several cardio machines and weights. The only thing I did notice was the AC in the room wasn’t as strong as we would have liked but everything else was great. The hotel is about 22 minutes away walking from the old town of Girona. There are some really great restaurants in the area and is right next to a Cortes Ingles which has a supermercado below it and a restaurant at the top.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling; when I complained, instead of moving us to another room, they offered us a bladed fan. The bathroom lacked shampoo and bath soap, indicating that those important details were overlooked when the room was being prepared.

Room fine, quiet and air conditioned. No stairs to use so lifts were busy on occasions, Front desk staff cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast staff were glum and reluctant to help, but buffet was excellent.

Comfortable bed

Staff are fantastic, the bike room has a bike wash and limited tools. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast but felt the hot offering was not as good as previous stays. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station, another 10 to the old town but links straight to bike paths out of town for road or gravel.

Better than expected. Spacious room. Staff great. Able to store bicycle in room. No air con but could open windows.

Breakfast menu was horrible they urgently need to improve the quality of the food. Expensive and tasteless

My room was hot and the AC was turned off in the hotel for the spring. I found a hair from the previous guest on the sink. Other than that, the room was clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and the woman at reception was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly so one star just for her. I found the bed hard and uncomfortable, but my friend who stayed in her own room said she had the best sleep of our entire trip on this night at this hotel in Girona. So take my review for what it’s worth.

Close to the beach. Easy metro ride to city center.

Easy walk to train station and old town.

Liked: front desk staff, spacious room, fluffy towels, even has face towels which is rare in Europe, kettle and fridge, water pressure. Disliked: room desperately needs a new coat of paint, scratches on all walls, dinner at restaurant was not good, bathtub didn’t drain well. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from train station and 25 minutes walk from old town where all the sightseeings and restaurants are. Bus runs every 15 minutes across the street to old town. Front desk staff can provide details. Underground parking. No good restaurants nearby. Department store next door has a market and a restaurant.

Good price for the excellent conditions and breakfast.

Clean. Quiet residential neighborhood. Free parking across the street. Steps away from El Corte Ingles. 20 mins walk to the old town.

Pleasant stay. Convenient location. Next to big shopping mall. Parking is indoor and secured. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are nice and friendly. Will recommend:)

Everything was dirty. There was a toenail in the bathroom floor, there was garbage under the bed
