Our stay at INNSiDE was truly exceptional. The hotel is absolutely unique. It is modern, artistic, and unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Every corner has thoughtful design touches that make it feel special and welcoming. The staff were incredible from start to finish, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful with every request. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. If you’re visiting Zaragoza, don’t think twice. This hotel made our trip unforgettable!

The property was onder contruccion

Area in front of hotel has major building and road repairs being carried out so access to hotel is limited. Rooftop bar and pool are closed. Dined in hotel one evening and despite the restaurant being COMPLETELY empty we were seated at a table next to the entrance for a conference which was being held that evening with a constant flow of staff and patrons entering and leaving. All in all a disappointing experience Had we been made aware of rooftop being closed and the repair works being carried out we would not have booked the hotel.

Nice enough, but restaurant/breakfast staff are more interested in talking to each other ,than dealing with hotel guests

Lovely hotel overall. To my delight I was able to check in a little early which was fantastic. Rooms are great, spotlessly clean, although did feel a little dark at the back of the property. Pool is very nice but make sure you are given a band at check in as I had been there for some time before being called out Infront of the entire rooftop for not knowing anything about it, which was a little embarrassing. The restaurant is fantastic, food was amazing. Highly recommend the steak! Location is great, very easy to find.

A very good central location, fantastic comfortable bed and helpful friendly staff, nice mini bar selection. A little disappointing that the pool bar was closed in the late afternoon between approximately 16:00-18:00

Lobby looked like the food court at a cheap american mall

There was a construction going on in the hotel and they had scaffolding covering all the window rooms with workers constantly passing by, meaning that the curtains must be closed at all times to have privacy. This was not communicated in advance, and upon complaining they offered no solution or compensation whatsoever. Total disregard for the customer.

Great modern hotel for a night. Nice design and style. Massive construction on road out the front, bit ugly and noisy. Not great atmosphere for stay. Very convenient and lovely, helpful staff!!

Service was horrible at the restaurant and the rooftop. Construction was happening and the block hotel is on was closed. Therefore had to walk 1 block with my luggage to meet taxi.
