Room was clean. Location was quiet. And front desk fairy, Molly, made check in and check out a breeze. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Not being a regular traveler i found that was very easy to get to. Once there and settled in there is a KFC and a Whitespot restaurant within a very short walk away. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It was easy enough to navigate back to main highways to continue with our travels.

Good value and a clean room

It was a nice surprise when the hotel notified us that we were going to be upgraded. The room was spacious and worked perfectly for our 4 nights stay. All rooms were pet friendly and they have a promotion where after paying 4 nights for the pet fees (I believe it was $20/night) their next night would be free). Again, a nice unexpected perk. The location is great for being located with walkabilty to restaurants, stores, groceries, banks. Worked perfectly for our sports group needs. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy beds so no complaints and worth the value. Also included a small kitchen for cooking purposes. All in all worked excellent for our needs.

Great room size for our dog and three adults. Loved the added touch of humour in the mugs, hand soap and door hanger.

Friendly service convenient location

We love staying here and can't wait to return in June. It's clean, the staff are great but the #1 reason is the ducks. My kids love the ducks so this is the hotel we can stay in when their sports bring them to Kamloops. They literally tell their team that they stay in the best hotel.
