Service was friendly and fast. Towels were not always cleaned up and room was lacking in amenities such as microwave.

Booked a suite. Wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. No solution offered until I complained.

Great hotel. Food from restaurant smelled great even though we didn’t eat there

All great, only issue was not being able to connect to the internet. Had to have a staff member come up and amend log in procedure, it wasnt as easy as click on the network and put in the wifi password. Other than that, love this place!

Great location right across from the U of Toronto with a restaurant for breakfast. Gastropub food for evening but I did not dine there as thw food does not suit my diet. I had a quiet corner room.

Close to subway and restaurants. Pillows were thin.

Good location but the property/rooms are a bit tired. The on-site restaurant needs a total reno. Coffe makers should be in the room.

Great place to stay with a built in pub, the Fortunate Fox. Convenient parking in the basement of the building.

Friendly helpful staff in a central location close to ttc

We stayed at this hotel back in 2021 and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to return—and we’re so glad we did. To our delight, the same gentleman was at the front desk to greet us, and he was just as kind and accommodating as we remembered. Check-in was quick and seamless, making us feel welcome right away. The hotel remains as quiet and clean as it was on our first visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—convenient to everything we needed. Overall, this hotel continues to exceed our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Elegant and quiet. The restaurant downstairs was lovely. The room lacked cleanliness in some areas and a coffee set up but was pretty well equipped overall. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
