Clean. Ideally located. Close to everything. Loved it.

Well-located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam city, friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was pretty quiet overall considering how noisy the area can get outside, but felt quite cramped even with only one person and one suitcase. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away. Only issue was that it was a bit difficult to get an Uber/taxi pick up as it's on a one way street.

Amazing hotel very central and friendly staff

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are nice but could use some freshening up. If you run hot I do not recommend this hotel. It’s an old building the AC is not very strong. We had to request a fan. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Great Hotel, with an amazing location near the tram station and within walking distance from the Dam and Amsterdam Centraal , good staff, the room was spacious ( Under Europe Standards ) .. Highly Recommended.

Another lovely stay at the Ink Hotel, paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room and it didn’t disappoint. Staff are always friendly and really helpful which makes you feel at ease, no stand-offish staff here to make you feel you shouldn’t be there. Great stay overall

The breakfast plan is not worth the money. You can get a better breakfast off site. The full Press menu is not what is available to you as part of the plan. Very misleading advertising

Great location. Right in the mix. Close train and rail . Was on the upper scale.

Glass walls between bed and bathroom no visual privacy could see right through. Awful lay out.

Vacationing in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, my wife had hurt her knee. The staff helped us to arrange for a doctors examination and treatment. Thanks to the proximity to the tram, we were able to manage getting around a bit and we still made the most of our limited stay. From the front desk staff to the servers and the people working in the hotel bar, each and every person was kind and helpful. Excellent.

The staff here were all great but this was listed as a 4 star hotel and in my opinion is really barely making it to a 3 star level. The beds and pillows were very lumpy and like sleeping on rocks. Staff was happy to provide other pillows when we asked. The room itself was pretty beat up and needed some new paint and the AC ticked constantly. Lastly the towels were thread bare and scratchy. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so no comments there. I definitely overpaid for what I got at this hotel. For half the price, I would have been a bit more meh about it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable room. Professional, kind, helpful, accommodating staff. We will come back again!
