Good location near the centre of town and the marina. Pool is an excellent size with plenty of sun beds around. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. Avoid rooms on first floor around 175 as you hear the trolleys in the kitchen below around 5am. A room on 2nd floor and above would be advisable.

The location of the hotel is good for the station and for restaurants along the promenade howver need to be a pretty robust walker as there are lots of hills and steps! Hotel was ok - decoration was minanilist and clinical. The bedroom and bathroom furniture is basic ( Ikea like!) . The towels were thin and poor quality. There was very little provided in the way of toiletries - no facial soap ,no bath robes. The wardrobe was located in an alcove in the room with a rail and a curtain ! Only one bottle of complimentary water was provided for the 6 day stay. When this was challenged at reception the staff were dismissive - told we could by some at the bar! The nearest shop was about 10 minutes away! A day later two bottles of top quality mineral water were left in our room ! As a seasoned traveller this hotel did not represent value for money - apart from the breakfast which was excellent! Do not pre book breakfast as on arrival the offer for breakfast was half the price of the prebooked price! Sadly this hotel did not live up to expectations and was over priced.

Amazing property - very high-end! The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the city centre but close to one of the main beaches. Property had everything I needed. I had a wonderful experience.

Biggest hotel in the area with all infrastructure needed for business meeting as well as for leasure.

Excellent hotel, from check in to departure all members of staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on the second floor which was super clean, modern, great shower and toiletries, and the beds extremely comfortable with the mist amazing pullows your head just sank into. Great choice at breakfast too. Lovely 15 minute walk into old town or beach promenade. Highly recommend

It is a nice property, clean friendly staff. It is more like a convention hotel a bit outside of the main area of Sitges.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA! They are liars, I booked this hotel very far in advance with enough time to modify but neither expedia or the hotel would modify the reservation. They kept blaming each other until I eventually had to pay for the entire stay and was no longer allowed to modify. The hotel let me know this was a common occurence via expedia. The hotel was subpar and I would not stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations.

Nice hotel overall, and very nice staff both at the desk and restaurants. Good location, easy parking. My lower rating on service is based on the experience after the stay. The Hotel Melia sends a ton of emails, but when I needed help with a left bag, they never replied. Not to phone calls or emails. Pretty annoying when the rep from the hotel emails me asking for a review, but can't respond to my email after 4 days, and 2 calls. That is where the poor service was.

The hotel was superb. It is in easy walking distance to several beaches, the old city, and the harbor with its many nice ocean front bars and neighborhoods. We had booked a room with ocean view, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous, the pool area was very nice, and the hotel bar was well equipped. We would stay here again any time.

From the moment we arrived, to the morning we left we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was perfect, with a great shower room, very comfortable bed and view. The buffet breakfast had just about everything you could ask for and again the staff were always friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was perfect for the beach and town. When we returned to our room the chamber staff had ensured are room was as clean and tidy as it was on our first day. Another person on holiday asked why we hadn’t chosen an Air B&B, but we would never have got the high class of service and all the above mentioned service. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special and we will be sure to be returning.

Perfect location walkable to all the happenings and beaches but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Beautiful location, great rooms and staff. Food was delicious!

Nice and lean property just by the beach but walking distance to centre. The only negative thing I can think of is that the coffee shop doesn’t open until 9. It’s quite a walk to the nearest other coffee shop.

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. I was departing very early in the morning and the staff put together a breakfast bag for me to take with me, this was lovely. Breakfast in the dining room was amazing, lots to choose from. Overall this hotel was great.
