Nice place to stay

The hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Lilly, who checked us in, was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good, and ladies running it were on top of it.

Check in was unfriendly but not rude

As I was going to catch a flight cause of weather airport closed and i was stuck. I had frozen tamales to bring for my family. Hotel was nice enough to let me use their freezer for to keep them frozen till airport reopen three days later. I was grateful and my day wasn’t so bad.

I had a great stay! My stay wasn’t planned as the weather and floods caused airport to close in Texas for 3 days. I was kind of stuck with frozen tamales to bring home to my family.The hotel went out of their way to store them in their freezer for me.. I was very grateful.. Thank you

Basic stay at HIExpress. What I've come to expect. Consistent but not exceptional. Friendly staff. Solid breakfast. Clean and comfortable. My preference for this budget level.

Convenient

Wasn’t here long, but everything was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful, room modern and clean, shuttle to airport was great. Will stay agsin if on area.

Everything was okay until I slipped and fell in the shower. Non slip mats need to be placed in the bathtubs…very slippery and dangerous My lower back is sore and I am very dissatisfied with the manager’s response…just lay down towels in the bathtub for your safety!

Well we weren't greeted properly the girl kept repeting the same stuuf which i am not dumb. Plus we wanted to go in the pool and there were trash around pool and plastic bottles floating sooo messy. Then i bought some water bottle and the frige dont cool nor cold anything
