Very good hotel

Clean Room, bathroom with bathtub and hot water, accommodating staffs, varied breakfast buffet, walking distance to shops and parking (additional payment).

Great hotel, close to Guggenheim. Goo options for snacks. Nice cafe terrace. Free luggage storage Expedia describes rooms as having a balcony but it’s not a balcony, just a long glass door that opens on to metal bars

Concierge very unhelpful. Everything else OK

Location could have been better

The property was clean, comfortable and friendly. It is well maintained and managed. I would certainly recommend it and go back again if I visit Bilbao.

The air conditioning did not work well in our room. The front desk told us that the air conditioning was connected to one unit and there was nothing they could do. We asked to be switched to a different room and they could not accommodate us. This made our stay very uncomfortable.

Decent hotel all round

The hotel is right in the middle of everything.

I stayed in a standard room with terrace. The photos show a bistro set on the terrace. This had nothing and was more of a balcony than terrace. There was no way a bistro set was fitting on it! The rooms are advertised as being soundproofed. They absolutely aren't. I could hear everything in my neighbours room. The room and bathroom are looking a bit tired and ready for a refresh and there were no bathrobes. They’re advertised as bright rooms but the walls are brown .. rather oppressive. The aircon seems to be centrally controlled by reception. Otherwise, it’s generally a pleasant hotel.

Everything was excellent

Perfectly located for a base for getting around the city, bright, cool and tidy room. Check in was very easy, all staff we encountered were very helpful. Used the breakfast restaurant one morning, wasn't great

The staff in the afternoons weren't very friendly and the internet was the worst I've experienced in a hotel It was not only very slow, it was also very unstable and dropped every few minutes.

I love it , beautiful , centric, perfect for me The only thing was the air conditioning that doesn’t cool at a comfortable temperature.. i was warm everyday and in a 3 hours later i can fall asleep ..

A very comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. Most surprisingly a good bar with food - and not at most hotel bar prices.

The cleanliness was more than ok, personnel in the breakfast could have been more kind.

Excellent hotel with a great location and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Will be staying here in the future 😊
