Very accomodating for sports teams

An older hotel but it was clean, our room was updated and had adequate outlets

Very Good!

Elevator didn’t work. Shower was clogged up. AC sounded like an idling truck. Breakfast area was nice only.

It appeared that only one elevator was working making access to the upper floors inconvenient.

Clean room, friendly staff, close to Highway.

Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. A special shout out to Benjamin at the front desk …. Very kind. very efficient, excellent customer service …. hold on to that employee !

There is nothing around the hotel.

The bed was lumpy and old, the coffee maker didn't work for two days after reporting it two times, two lights didn't work in the room, the tissue ran out and never replaced, the cleaning staff slid a piece of paper under the door on two days at 7:15 AM stating they weren't going to clean the room and the cleaning staff woke me up at 6:45 on 3 days because they were so loud in the hallway.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and I felt well taken care of. The location was also very convenient for me and easy to access. Thank you!

Quiet,great location.

The room where we stayed was recently redone. The renovation was well done and well thought out. Staff we interacted with were nice and easy to work with.

The breakfast super good! All stuff are nice, will stay again

It really isn’t quiet because of the highway noise.

Checking in was terrible and the front desk manager and staffing manager did not address my concerns One of them stated that I could receive a refund.
