Very welcoming reception and location perfect. Room clean and everything we would expect from an Ibis hotel. Plenty of free parking. Would have no hesitation in staying again in this hotel.

Kind and helpful staff were excellent. Standard of the hotel sits below three stars. Facilities are equivalent to a glorified hostel. Regional Ibis hotels in France seem generally below par.

Une breve mais riche incursion chez les romains. La Camargue sous un ciel bleu profond. Sans pareil.

Was easy to get to from the highway. We could walk to town in 20 minutes.

Wifi didn't work well, apparently because hotel was full. Our room had older looking carpet in the bedroom even though photos show rooms with modern wood-type flooring. Adequate overall but not exciting

There were too many things that didn't work at this hotel. While it is a budget hotel, the things that are there should work. eg, Light not working in the room. Shower rose sending water everywhere. Checking in took a long time.

An ideal base for visiting Arles and sights in the area. It is 15-20 minutes’ walk to the town centre, but also very close to road links getting you on your way quickly. A typical Ibis hotel, functional and unspectacular, but all you need at a reasonable price. Staff all very friendly and helpful, easy and free parking, and rooms that were perfectly adequate but could probably do with a make-over. There was a good choice of food, European-style, for breakfast, and they served dinner, but I didn’t try it. Other dining options in the vicinity were a number of fast food establishments and a large supermarket. Hotel has an outdoor pool but I didn’t see anyone in there while I was there. No safes, mini bars or fridges in the rooms, but a good widescreen TV, albeit I couldn’t find any channels in English. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for a few days to visit Arles, without breaking the bank. Just don’t expect luxury or anything remotely unique.

Very welcoming receptionist. All staff lovely and work really hard for all the guests. Well done girls! Nice outside area and amazingly calm amid the motorways. Local area not good but only 15 minutes walk to centre. Only downside - bed too hard and too hot, having the horrible plastic bottom sheet. I will be back!

Basic hotel but comfortable and very convenient to the highway and downtown Arles. The best thing this place has going for it, is it's kitchen. We were just there for an overnight stop. We did not want to go searching for a restaurant so we opted for the hotel dinner. What a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and very tasty. By far the best food I've every had at a small chain hotel.

Peaceful hotel ,rooms are small ,but have good beds, and bathroom is modern. Transport links to Arles centre 4minute walk away. But for people who like to walk Arles is 20 minutes away.3 supermarkets all within 2to 5minutes away. Only ate once in the restaurant, it was good provencial fare.On our last day as we were leaving ,so was the assistant manager, asked where are you going. I replied to the station she promptly replied pop your cases in the car and she took us to the train station. All round good budget hotel. Take your travel kettle and you can be virtually self sufficient.

Hotel is in the middle of a retail park. At least 1.5 km from the town centre. The hotel has a pool, which is excellent.

Good points are clean, cheap, location, breakfast, bed comfort Bad points are there was no one on the desk on arrival, small rooms and bathroom and the hotel gardens are next to a motorway. You get what you pay for and it is a typical Ibis. I stay at Ibis Hotels a lot and you get what you pay for, tiny rooms but comfy.

Hotel was easy to find and in a good location to visit Arles town but we both had a terrible nights sleep as the beds were very uncomfortable, so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a table. Friendly staff and nice swimming pool in the gardens.

After 3weeks travelling on the road throughout France this has been by far the most disappointing of all our accommodation choices. The receptionist was helpful but on entering our room we found the condition of the room very worn out. What made our minds up to move on was the smell, very musty and stale. Our stay lasted 15minutes .Much better choice made away from this town. Our recommendation is to find something out of the town.

If looking for value for money and and interim solution for a short layover IBIS does the job! dont stay if looking for a romantic getaway. It is cheap as chips and reminiscient of premier inns, so you get what you pay for. Certainly a lot better than some of the other "economy" hotel options around.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts, as much as you could eat and lots of variety. The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size, but unfortunately on a couple of occasions was 'taken over' by children/teenagers, jumping in and making a lot of noise. There were insufficient sun beds for the number of guests. Unfortunately, the hotel is 15/20 min walk to the edge of Arles. This didn't bother us as, but others might find it a problem.

Booked this hotel because I could not find a mid priced option at the time I wanted to visit Arles. Thought it would be basic but modern as are most Ibis in the UK. Also someone on Tripadvisor said it was a good base for visiting Arles. The hotel is very shabby and the location is dreadful - a mile from the old town and situated in the middle of trading estates and unprepossessing shopping malls. The walk into town was not too bad once we had found the right route. The staff were somewhat off hand and the breakfast was poor value. Most disappointed.
