Clean but tired. No restaurant on site but only 10 minutes walk to a variety of mostly fast food outlets. Breakfast - need a quicker coffee machine, or invest in another one!!

Do not ever stay in this hotel. It's nothing more than a migrant doss house

Very conviennent from the motorway, good parking (no height restrictions). Two bus routes available nearby to get into town within 15 - 20 mins, (2 euros per adult). Large supermarket a short walk away. Hotel is a bit tired and scuffed but ok.

We were there for just one night and were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast good.

In the middle of September 2020 was a really difficult time. The hotel restaurant was closed but there were good arrangements with a nearby restaurant. However, breakfast was good and crucially staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We would definitely stay again.

It was closed and no one had taken the trouble to inform me!

It was a great hotel for a stopover

Just one night on a business trip. The staff was very welcoming. The restaurant is nice and food is homely but good. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Overall I was very satisfied. I wanted a quiet room close to the University and that was what I got. However, if you need to be close to the center, this is not the best location. Friendly service and good breakfast and most of all very quiet area, with a big shopping mall and restaurant close by.

Exceptionally helpful staff welcomed us and provided very good advice about the local area. The room while functional was extremely neat, clean and well presented with all the normal amenities. We had a very good breakfast at sensible rates and, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ibis, Poitiers

Chambre confortable. La literie était bonne parcontre une espèce de rideau de douche servait de double rideau a la fenêtre, même pas au même dimension était tout moisi. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et de qualité, très variés. L'hôtel était calme.

Hôtel RAS Par contre, il ne faut rien oublier dans la chambre lors du départ. J'ai eu cette désagréable expérience et lorsque j'ai appelé l'hôtel : "le personnel n'a rien trouvé ", dommage...

Chambre avec une forte odeur d’égout. Clim bridée et inefficace. Fenêtre de la chambre qui se ferme mal. Elle était même restée ouverte à mon arrivée à 19h30. Il faisait 39 degrés dehors ! Rideaux déchirés sans tringle mais positionnés avec des accroches qui ne permettaient pas d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Du coup, aucune occultation de la lumière extérieure. L’hôtel nécessite un rafraîchissement général ! Quand vous partez, on ne vous demande pas si votre séjour a été agréable. Je pense qu’ils connaissent déjà la réponse…

Globalement l’hôtel est bien. Chambre de superficie suffisante. En revanche, je suis très déçu de la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas : ce n’était qu’une soufflerie qui ne faisait pas de froid mais soufflait simplement de l’air. Absolument inutile compte tenu d’une chambre exposée plein sud/ouest avec grand soleil !
