Everything was great

I had a mixed stay here. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is great, the surroundings are nice, and they offer a free breakfast. While the selection is a bit limited, the food tastes good enough. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. Both the TV remote and the coffee maker were broken when I arrived, and there was no body wash in the bathroom, just bar soap. My biggest issue was the bed. The bed frame and mattress were so high that it felt like I had to climb into it. Plus, the mattress was way too soft and saggy, clearly showing its age.

Grace greeted my husband and I upon arrival and she was amazing! So curious, accommodating and just went above and beyond to make our stay the best! Food was awesome as well. This will definitely be our go to when we are back in London.

Horrible stay. The AC didn't work on a very hot day. The hotel took way too long to fix the issue, and the staff was not professional. Terrible service and a complete waste of money. Definitely would not recommend staying here!

This hotel will be my go to any time I am in London! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the suite was spacious. The outside doesn’t do it justice. Great price point too!

The rooms were up to date, looked newly renovated and very clean. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I always find the slight hint of bleach from the sheets very reassuring. The buffet had lots of variety and the coffee was delicious. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very Friendly &Prompt Service…Nice area near many Restaurants &Shopping… Anne at the Check-in desk was very Warm &Welcoming …The room was very clean and roomy …the beds &pillows were very comfortable …Unfortunately we missed out on the hot Breakfast offered at 6am because we had to leave by 5:30AM but Robert was so very kind and thoughtful to make us Breakfast Bags ToGo which we were filled with muffins, yogurt, juice and fresh fruit…Sustaining and Delicious. We would highly recommend this lovely Comfort Suites Hotel in London Ontario and we would definitely return to stay there.

The suite I had was very clean. Loved the walk in shower. 2 televisions one In bedroom one in living room area. Sofa pulled out for bed . Bed was super comfortable. Pretty good breakfast. Served just about everything you'd want for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.
