I travel alot throughout Mexico and Latin America. This was the first place I had to go to the front desk and request a hand towel. The room had ZERO items that are usually in a room, such as an ice bucket, glasses of some kind, a floor towel, hand towels, or mini frig. Even though we had booked double occupancy, they supplied a one time single bottle of water. I just expected more.

Great hotel . Very clean and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful and always available. We would definitely stay there again .

the hotel is well located in historical Guadalajara, at night however, the people surrounding the hotel do not give a safe impression. the security at the hotel is not adequate.

Location. Close to the plaza de la liberación where the World Cup fanfest was being held. What I liked the least was that the hedging was smelly , and the rooms are super small.

Rooms were not cleaned in a deep through way, there were trash, hair, etc. everything was nasty

Overall it was a good stay. Close to the el centro and restaurants. It was nationals for soccer teams around Mexico and so the hotel was full of young players. Hotel was crowded with these kids yelling and screaming. Hard to walk.

Horrible service rude staff, didn’t leave towels, breakfast was horrible overall NOT worth the price they would not give you water/ICE would NOT recommend , noise all night

Good breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice and staff were ready to serve. Train station one block away, taxi booth at the end of property. We walked to the cathedral and downtown almost daily. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff no common courtesy no common sense very unprofessional did not meet the standards in anyway, housekeeping was terrible. Put up do not disturb sign and they still went in the room did not replace hand towels neither did they replace the daily water bottle they took half full., made 3 request but where never delivered! Fell asleep waiting, at 1 o’clock went to the reception ask for a water bottle I needed so that I take with my medicine and was told the ran out and didn’t have the keys to the lien closet for the hand towels. I told them had they old me earlierI could have gone out to buy some since know everything was closed.The breakfast buffet was terrible. Stale pastries from the day before the was dry and cold at checkout I am very very disappointed, but then again you get what you pay for!

La ubicación es perfecta todo está muy cerca y normalmente los empleados son muy atentos. Quizá la variedad del menú en buffet es de un dos de cinco estrellas ya no tienen la barra de quesadillas
