Parking was easy, conditioner was disconnected, ice machine was not available. Was not able to talk to manager within the whole stay( 5 days). Keys were locking every single day

Breakfast is ok

The room wasn’t very clean. The washroom exhaust fan wasn’t working and when we brought this up to the staff they gave a stupid reason of the hotel being old. No action was taken. Almost 2 days we stayed in the same room. It was super unhygienic when we used the restroom. The moisture and odour never went away. Wouldn’t recommend this place. :(

The photos on Expedia looked much better than the actual stay. This is really more of an old motel than a hotel. We were automatically placed in the older section, and when we tried to pay extra to upgrade, there was no availability left. The soundproofing was extremely poor — you could hear the upstairs water running like it was dripping directly into the room, and conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. The walls and floors felt very thin. Cleanliness was also below expectations. There were also many people hanging around outside smoking marijuana or acting strangely around the parking area, which did not feel very comfortable or safe. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and we would not stay here again.

Parking was easy and good.

A lot of stairs - if you have a lot of luggage ask for a ground level room. Pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was ok - wish there was a better protein than cold boiled eggs that you’re not allowed to heat up in the microwave but there was also bagels, toast, cereal, bananas, apples and muffins. Plus coffee, tea and juice. Staff was excellent. Definitely an ok option for value and location.
