Food on the kitchen wall bathroom was horrible with hair die all over the sink and tub . DONT forget the Hair that was on our towels .. And the hallways smelled like pot and the room smelled like a cat litter box had not been been cleaned . Out of 5 stars it would get Zero . I will never stay here again . Family of 5 . Shame on Extented stay for not ceaning the room ..

Hotel staff that checked me in was fantastic, and very personable. The hotel overall smelled bad, towels had stains on them, sink wouldn’t drain and overall didn’t feel very clean. Not what I expected for the price. Once again the lady that checked me in was very, very nice.

Pretty worn, didn't smell good, no ice machine.

The room was clean. The facility as a whole looked like a extended stay facility for homeless people. No desk service all night, the desk was locked down until 9am. Same people were standing outside the front door smoking at 9pm and at 6:30am. Multiple friends and family of the staff hanging in the lobby. The room was big, clean with kitchenette. Sink in the bathroom ran very slow.

We got sheets for pull out couch and there was a dead bed bug on it the ceiling in bathroom shower had mild on it nobody at desk at 10AM it was closed gate pulled not at all thrilled gum on carpet in 3 areas abd no trash can at all in the room not even in bathroom wast of money very disappointed

Short stay. Large rooms, plenty of space. Easy parking and near dining options.

The hallways smelled like cat urine and weed. The carpets were filthy. The fridge was dirty on the outside. Cobwebs on the ceiling. There was no mini soap or shampoos for guests. The rooms had a musty smell.

The hotel is not clean, smells and noise from top floor.

When I booked this stay, I put in the notes that we would arrive around 2 or 3. When we arrived at the hotel at 2 I was told that my reservation was cancelled at 12. They would not let us stay. This has never happened to us in all the traveling we've done. I will never book a stay with Extended Stay of America again.

No coffee or coffee pot in room and no 24 hour desk service or staff. Staff not the most friendly or helpful

This property provided no amenities including towels or tissue. For the price I paid, I am completely utterly disappointed. The only good thing was their front desk staff Abraham! Do Not Stay Here!!!!

The kitchen and tv

Great spacious room. Though common area have that distinct odour (hallway and elevator), the rooms are very clean and comfortable and no smell. Reasonable price, with friendly helpful staff member.

It's an economy property for sure. Acceptable but not special. It's close to CVG though, which is why we chose it.

I would remove this property from your list. Definitely not close to being a worth $130/night. I doubt the people living here pay that rate. This is a bare bones room in poor condition. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, no shampoo, the walls are damaged, the kitchen floor is sticky. If I was paying $75/night I would expect this. This is nothing like the Extended Stays I’ve stayed in in the past. I recall a complimentary pack of mircrowave popcorn, coffee, cups, etc. This is just bad.

No coffee in lobby no coffee machine in room. Absolutely no plates, silverware etc Fridge makes a horrible noise in room 113 Nice and quiet and close to supermarket

The stay was ok, check in was easy and fast, but the hotel is very strange, and rooms did not have any items. We asked for a couple more towels, and they did not get delivered.
