Perfect stay

Room was very tired— walls had scuff marks, shower had grim —- only one luggage rack. No coffee maker…. hair dryer did not work—- everything was tired/old. Needs upgrading. Breakfast was light— not enough variety

Our room was small but functional. Terrific housekeeper and front desk staff. Great location.

I love this hotel - second time staying here. Absolutely beautiful decor and every comfort taken care of. Breakfast is huge and fabulous. Linens are exquisite. 10 out of 10.

Clean and spacious rooms and very professional staff

I don't say that very often but it's well deserved so here we go: everything was PERFECT!! Great hotel, beautiful room, great location and awesome staff! Can'r wait to go back a third time!!

Everything about this day was excellent except they turn the air conditioners off after a certain time of the year found my room to be warm at night. They brought a fan in and that helped. Other than that I have nothing negative to say and would stay there again. Great location excellent restaurant recommend ed

Excellent property all around.

Centrally located. Very comfortable room great stsff

Air Conditioning is turned off after October 1. We had to order a fan from Amazon to cool our room. When the window was open for fresh air, it was so loud from the street at5:30am woke us up and it consistently smelled of cigarette smoke. Check your bill when you leave, someone charged the bar to my room that I never used.

A nice hotel overall in a good location. Room was very small for the price and it took several requests to get a second luggage rack. Excellent breakfast. Safe was broken and two visits from technicians failed to fix it. We did get a 10% reduction upon checkout because of the safe.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is one of my favourites - the location is great, the staff are friendly and I've never had a bad room or cause to complain. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Turin.

The room was fantastic we had a room for our luggage and clothes. Another room for the bathroom and a huge bed and separate sofa. The breakfast was excellent the only slight downside having to pay extra £6 if you wanted fried eggs. The location in the centre of Turin was great for getting out an about. An excellent restaurant for evening meals. although plenty of choice for other food close by. The staff were great and very informative. I would definitely book this place again.

The room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning, since the weather was quite warm. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great! The hotel has a central location in a beautiful part of the city.

Beautiful in every aspect

Superb. Fantastic large room for 3 adults (my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter) and dog. Very comfy beds and lovely large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful after a very long journey but lots of parking close by if you wanted to do it yourself. Turin was a revelation - didn’t realise it would be so lovely and everywhere walkable from the hotel
