Can't ask for a better place in the reforma district

Staff gave me wrong information, and ended up charging me anyway.

Great PH and excellent staff

Visited this hotel for a World Cup match in Mexico City - the hotel is in a centralized location to many great places to explore like the Angel of Independence and Roma Norte. The staff were super friendly and helpful, assisting me in securing transportation to the stadium and bus station, as well as answering general questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Marquis is a great place to stay. While the hotel is located on a main thoroughfare, with many big business, there are many small businesses and street vendors located behind the hotel, making this an ideal location. In addition to it being situated in an ideal location, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Lastly, the hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. They make sure you always have water bottles in the room, small detail but things like this can make a difference.

Very good food. Good location. Friendly staff. The rooms need renovation. They differ a lot amongst them. Also better blackouts. Bed is comfortable.

Was ok for the money you pay

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Highly recommend. Not just clean, but elegant, and very helpful hotel staff. Location is also very hard to beat.

Only people at the restaurant and at the door was nice and welcoming. Reception staff horrible we asked for coffe for coffe machine everyday nothing came in or offered. We even tried to buy coffe from them still noone brought anything to room only ice once. Their tea coffee service disgusting only between 5am to 7am and they served cold coffee. Whole hotel old seems clean but not at all rusty shower broken things in the bathroom etc. after once in pool we never went again it smelled disgusting. Pay more or less for different hotel this place not worth it.

The hotel has great location, walking distance to stores and restaurantes and safe neighborhood. Clean and friendly staff.
