Good room with big patio

Staff assisted me with luggage, exiting and entering vehicles. Concierge team was super helpful and recommended activities and restaurants in the areas. Front desk staff were nice. The terrace restaurant is a must try.

Only thing missing is a good outside space. There were no chairs for that mini patio on the first floor, but the hotel is nice and the food options excellent. ¡Gracias!

Great cleaning crew place sparkled every time we came into our room. First night we had a floor rubber mat for the shower but not for the rest of the 6 nights and it can be slippery if not careful. The main restaurant staff were very kind and informative, food was excellent. There were times when you can tell they were understaffed. One suggestion, a water kettle would be really helpful since one does have to pay for coffee. You get the pod of coffee then you have to get hot water from the restaurant or room service does not make sense. Overall, this place is great.
