Literie mauvaise. Vétuste pour un 4 etoiles. Aucun service 4 etoiles habituel (piscine, spa, salle de sport,…) Isolation phonique (bar devant) Les points excellents : service, petit déjeuner (fait maison, local,…), localisation

Loved that they didn’t use plastic water bottles, but had glass reusable ones and a dispenser that had both still and bubbly water. 😊

The staff is just wonderful - accommodating and pleasant. Anything requested was received. Rooms were cleaned very well and very quickly. The breakfasts were excellent. A variety of foods was offered and tables quickly cleaned and wiped. We loved out time there.

Loved the location which was close to downtown shopping and a variety of restaurants. Free city Parking was available across the street, although it is a very busy area. Or choose easy paid parking at the hotel. It was noisy as the room facing the park was close to a very popular bar. Having said that, the bed was super comfortable and I slept 11 hours.

Accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner irréprochables. Standard Mercure pour la chambre avec une literie confortable, un coffre facile d’utilisation et tous les équipements nécessaires et des produits Nice agréables. Tout fonctionne. Seul petit reproche, une cuvette de toilettes un peu trop petite ce qui est surprenant.

Very helpful staff - convenient parking and central location

Great stay, central location. There was a festival in front of the hotel, they gave me a quiet room at the back of the building.

Beautiful city of Lorient. Hotel is walking distance to shopping, cafes, and bus stops. We loved our stay.

Central location and very helpful staff plus a great room rate! The only very slight negative was room size but hard to criticise at €39 a night for two.
