A good location to Roger’s Place. Nice updates. A good hotel too

Was not communicated to us that parking was an extra charge - the way they explained it was that parking was available. Not that it was $35.00 a day. Secondly, when our room was cleaned, all they did was make the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at all (toilet not scrubbed, garbage not taken out, etc) Room was very hot and stayed at 22 degrees even though we turned the fan to be on high and adjusted the temperature. Check in was very good though.

King suite was advertised to sleep 5 but had a king bed and pull out couch, cot was available at additional price. Parking $35/day however the parkade beside the hotel advertises $15/day. Live and learn. Thermostat was not working, unable to turn down heat. Maintenance unable to fix as "centralize issue" did provide us with a fan. Microwave listed on website but not in the room and one was not available. The staff was very friendly but at $400/night I expect better and would not recommend this property base on the value.

Room was very spacious and comfortable highly recommend staying there especially if your seeing a game or concert very convenient

Good location near restaurants and cafes; however, some of the room’s windows give into the attached mall. Lots of vagrants screaming and being extremely noisy at night which woke me up several times. Room condition and cleanliness was fine, nothing noteworthy. Overall, acceptable for short stays / business trip.

Very very loud construction going on downtown, 7:30am on a Saturday with machinery going. Too many homeless people at the entrance of the building.

The room was fine minus the giant pillar in the middle of the room and the view of the mall lobby. Parking was an extra charge and over double the price of paying with the parking company directly. The parking garage was also full of inebriated citizens which made the walk to and from uncomfortable and unpleasant. Location was convenient to the stadium.

Room was nice. AC wasnt working so ghe room kept getting hotter but the staff were great and brought up a super powerful fan and we were able to sleep comfortably. The customer and maintenence service were great! Loved how close the hotel was to Roger's Place!

The beds were terrible. The staff was terrible. There was supposed to be breakfast included. We had to pay for all our breakfast for the money. I would never recommend staying there.
