Breakfast was amazing.

The place had many people staying there but was very quiet and clean. A little out of the way from London with the construction and all nearby, but otherwise was a pleasant stay. Not far from the 401 if you're looking for somewhere close to the highway.

the man who checked my boyfriend and i yesterday was so kind and so helpful + everytime i passed by a worker they greeted me. had a great stay even if it was just for one night :)

The room was dated but clean for its age, smelt a little musty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk was helpful and polite. Good options at buffet breakfast. Only complaints were that the feed on the TV kept going off for a minute at a time occasionally and the treadmill kept stopping after a couple of minutes of use.

Was located farther outside of London than realized. Found the room had an old musty smell. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning.

It’s a well enjoyed site, but we’ve been twice and would go again. Reasonably priced, clean, good staff and near where we need to go.

The gluten free and dairy free selections were amazing. For both the wedding dinner we attended and breakfast. You are doing an amazing job. Never had better as someone with severe allergies. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location right off the highway. Clean rooms , friendly staff. Restaurant was very good aswell.

Breakfast could have been better, not the tastiest sausage. Eggs were mediocre and potatoes were tasty but cold. Room was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. The entrance to hotel wasn't clearly marked, could have better signage directing guests to lobby.

It is fairly remote and while “right off the highway” it takes a few turns to get there. It was also quiet and a nice getaway. Facility is a prime example of a Best Western and a great value for the money. Front desk staff were all very personable and their is a restaurant on site

An excellent front desk gentleman. I don't remember his name. My tanks to him and 10/10 for is very polite and helpful service.

Hotel and grounds was as usual very clean , plenty of parking Staff were courteous, professional and very welcoming They made you feel Cara’s a Best Western client

Room was clean, nice and accessible. Wifi worked fine. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was just ok the meats provided (sausage and ham) were not the best quality. Also the desk staff signed me up for Best Western rewards and said I'd get 500 points just for signing up but so far when logging into my account I still see 0!

Nice but a little far from downtown

Rooms were spotless, bedding new and beds extremely comfortable. While the hotel is a little out of the way, it is quiet, the front desk person was extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a hotel that included it. Highly recommend it.
