We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!

Used the gym, had the breakfast and clean room. Did not disappoint!

Reception was exceptional and included a welcome treat. We recently spent time at a Fairmont Hotel but this Best Western was more comfortable and welcoming.

Clean room, courteous staff and good breakfast.

In general our room was in good condition. The cleaning staff was OK, but the person who schedules the cleaning was way out of sink with who was leaving and who was remaining for another day etc.. We had to vacate our room on our first morning and sit in the lobby. I was ill with the Flu and this was very uncomfortable as I was physically sick, running to the washroom. Our second last day we were out from breakfast until 5:00 pm and upon returning back to the hotel our room was not even touched (cleaned). That was it...We were then told that they would clean the room right away,

tv was kinda broken and the toliet didn’t work, but the room was nice otherwise

Fantastic breakfast, I’ve never been so impressed by a hotel breakfast. The French toast was fantastic. Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Super pleased with my stay.

Carmelo was friendly, efficient and very helpful! The check in process was very quick. The room was above expectations and the entire facility was very clean and up to date.
