Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The motel was older and looked to have been remodeled or in process of remodeling.

This was a decent place to stay for the money. Not high end but twas inexpensive. Would stay here again.

Close to downtown St. Charles. Older property but clean and save.

It's safe and quiet and they pretty much let you do what you want depending on the rooms.

Was visiting St Charles for the Wahlburgers party and needed an affordable place to stay. This hotel is absolutely great! Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, microwave, coffee pot, great air conditioner... Ya really can't beat that! Also staff were very friendly. The area is very safe, family friendly with lots of shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here again!

It was cleaned and people were nice and respectful

My experience was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, everything was excellent, I recommend it.

They accommodated our needs

Associate was very rude and took payment but hung up and didn’t let us know if processed so we called again and he didn’t let us speak and hung up again. When we got to the hotel he was upset we didn’t initially mention dog but HOW COULD WE if he hung up on US ! Do better and stop being miserable.

Whole 0lace had a smell to it. There was a van parked in front of the door the whole time making it a tight fit getting in and out of parking lot.

No complaints abou this place

Breakfast was very skimpy. Smoky smell in room and throughout the place. Pet smell in room. Room not very clean.

The only thing they need to do . Is get air conditioning working better in living area . In bedroom air conditioner was good
