Cleanliness

The room was clean, employees kind and helpful and it was a quiet location and easy access to the pet area.

Facility was somewhat worn. Continental breakfast was lacking. You had to ask the desk staff for eggs and sausage, and they took your name before providing it.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Saying there is a fitness center is grossly overstated. It is a tiny room with only equipment and small selection of low weight medicine balls.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Our room was on the second floor so we had to use the stairs because there was no elevator. The breakfast was only cold cereal, bread or toast, donut holes, coffee, juice, and two small waffles that you could request from the front desk. We contemplated going out to eat instead, but we wanted to get on the road.

The toilet had not been cleaned prior to our check in and had visible urine stains on the underside of the seat. It was disgusting. Housekeeping had left for the day so the clerk changed us to another room right away, however there was no apology at all. Disappointing.
