It was all very good!

The staff from check out to check in were so kind, and helpful! Our stay followed a concert at the Scotia Bank Center, we were tired after the concert and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast the following morning was room service which was absolutely delicious! Overall, very impressed! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will be returning for a stay in the future.

Very central and convenient hotel! Great to walking to destinations in the downtown core. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. We didn’t do breakfast there but the food looked good!

Construction out front. Difficult for transportation which created issues.

Great place

A tiny bump in the road when we first checked in, but the amazing staff took care of it in a very timely matter. Gracious, accommodating, and wonderful all describe our stay. We will be returning!

We stayed here as part of a group for a dance competition for 6 nights. The price and location were amazing. The staff were courteous and kind. The restaurant (Gio’s), bar and room service was great. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re super clean, spacious and the bedding was so comfortable. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a wonderful way to unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Was told I would receive a complementary breakfast box by a staff member in the evening and by the morning they would not honour this offer. They made it seem like I was lying to them and made it up. I ended up paying $27 for the breakfast box which included one banana, yogurt, a muffin and a can of juice. Definitely not worth $27 of food.I was also told this could be ready prior to 7 AM as we had to depart early in the morning of checkout, they said they could not get it ready for us on time. Pool could have been cleaner.

My family rented multiple rooms to celebrate my Mother’s 80th birthday. When we arrived she was delighted to see that the staff treated her to some bubbles and chocolate! It is the little things that make someone want to return to that hotel. Well done and thank you!!!

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially to the kids. The room was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, while I really enjoyed the sauna. Overall a great experience, as is with all my stays at the Prince George
