We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would never choose to stay here again. The property is very old, poorly maintained, and not clean at all. The room and the overall atmosphere were far below our expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of privacy. The balcony was shared with other guests, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. There was almost no privacy at all. Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing in almost every aspect, and the pictures and expectations did not match the reality. I would not recommend this place, especially for girls, couples, or families who are looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and private stay. Definitely not worth the money, and we will not be returning.

Needs to be upgraded

I had a much better experience this time than I did last time. The front desk attendant, Chris, did a great job of getting me settled in after a long night of driving. Good TV selection, good coffee and convenient all around. I'm happy I gave it another chance!

Overall good

The motel prices are comparable to other similar motels. Although the location is excellent and staff are nice enough, the motel all together needs a major renovation.

Hotel is very very old. Bed is very awful, smells fishy.,i will not recommend this hotel at all.

Tv don’t work for the kids for the 3 days we were around. Drinking near the pool. Washroom in need of renovation. Cold water when others flushed the toilets. Exterior door slammed when people went in and out. The front staff was helpful when we arrived as was one of the maintenance staff when called. Will not book at this hotel again.

was there to sleep and do some laundry for the weekend. clean room, comfy bed, checked in a tad bit late, the staff, which i assume is the night auditor, was pleasant. didn't get to use the pool but it's there, and looked nice. working guest laundry. i guess my only problem was the garbage room by one of the exits... can't remember if it's exit 2 or 3 but i stayed in rm 125, so it's whatever's closest to it, it was left open for a bit and you can smell the garbage in the hallway. other than that, fair price, near to useful places like the mall, would stay there again.

There was a smell as you enter the hotel all the way to our room. The bath towels were questionable, found hair stuck on one of them. There was no face towel… not a deal breaker; but I found one stuck on the rings of the shower curtain. With signs of use. Yikes! Please thoroughly clean the rooms/shower and wash your linens/towels better. We also have the unfortunate next door neighbor who must have pried the side door open and used it ALL night. Lots of sketchy activities. Otherwise, location was good; right across White Oaks Mall with lots of food for laces around.

I recently stayed at Days Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
