Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smelled nice. We had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge which was very convenient. The seafood restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious and they have easy order online and carry-out. There's also fast food restaurants and a good Mexican restaurant (1 mile away). The road noise was minimal. The beds were super comfortable and we were able to park right outside our door. The breakfast had a nice variety of cereal, breads, fruits, juices, coffee, and hard boiled eggs.

The bed was comfortable but the smell of stale smoke from previous users who ignored the no smoking status of the room spoiled my stay. The owners really need to enforce their policies better.

The hotel was fine, not great. The rooms are small but clean. The sheets are very comfortable. The shower needs to be updated. The biggest issue was the AC - it was awful and so loud, it sounded like a freight train in our room and like something was loose in there. And it would go off randomly. That actually ruined the whole night for us.

Decent room for the money. Right off I-26. Showing its age a bit, but overall fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that the walkways and stairs were very dirty and could use a hosing off.

This place was filthy. The bedspread was not only dirty but had blood on it. People in the next room were doing drugs on the balcony. It was an absolutely appalling place. I did not stay!

I booked a smoking room with a AAA or AARP discount. Confirmation showed a smoking room with 2 double beds. When I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 to check in, I was told that a smoking room was not booked (incorrect ) and they don’t give AAA or AARP discounts. I have never been denied a discount especially being disabled. I asked where the nearest grocery store was and she said straight down the road a few miles and to googled it. I finally stumbled across one an hour later. The bed was fine but pillows were way too soft. I was exhausted and really didn’t care at that point until the room next to me (125) sounded like a zoo, dog barking, bird screeching, and something like rats screaming. I have pet rats and the only time I heard them make that noise was when they were fighting. About 11:45pm I couldn’t take it anymore and called the front desk. He said he wasn’t sure what to do about it but would see what he could do. The noises and barking stopped at some point. I have traveled a lot and stayed at various brands and have never had a room with NO USB ports. This is mandatory nowadays for cell phones. I would not recommend this hotel, you will never know what kind of room you’ll get and can’t make changes when you arrive.

This place is a toilet bowl!! I booked a room here thru Travelocity for 4 days and three nights in early July this year. I arrived approx 9p. The first thing I saw outside when I arrived was an obviously drunk man stumbling and struggling to stand up AND constantly grabbing is crotch. Ok, I thought, this was just bad timing on my part. I checked in and the front desk clerk was very nice. I went to the room opened the door and was hit with a horrific stench. To be honest it was a smoking room which I had requested but this smell was in another level of gross. The place was dark dingy and falling apart. I sat on the bed and tried to make the best of it but just couldn't take it. I left after 30 min. I checked out at the front desk and briefly explained the problems. I told them that I understood if they needed to charge me for the night and left. A few days later I noticed they charged me for THE FULL 4 DAY STAY, even though5t I was only there 30 MINUTES!! I complained to Travelocity sending pictures of why left but the management of the hotel refused to refund the 3 extra days. Shameful and disappointing. I expected better from the Quality Inn brand. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

The staff was friendly, the grounds are well maintained, the room was clean, and there's a great restaurant right next to the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed that we have ever slept on. It was springy and lumpy.

Bathtub was very dirty….leftover soaps and other toiletries from previous guest still in bathroom. A lot of dirt coming out from under no slip mat in tub. Room smelled like smoke.
